When I drove up to Beloved Weddings, I couldn’t help but notice how cool all the trees were around the area. It was the perfect intro for driving up to the venue, which I knew right away that that’s what it was because of how grand it looked sitting there, with string lights hung up all around.

Lauren greeted me, and her presence was immediately grounding and calming. She began telling me about the venue, my favorite thing being how customizable it is for each and every couple. You can show up on the day, and really make it an expression of the two of you.

There were so many different places to have the ceremony, whether you want indoors, outdoors, in a grass field by a pond, or overlooking the marshes, there were so many options! Aside from that, the inside decor where you get to spend the night was really amazing, too! I especially loved the showers, one of which had the coolest black and gold design on the walls.

I could easily picture a wedding day, getting ready in comfort, and stepping outside on the deck with a hot cup of coffee or tea to start the day on a great note, and even taking pictures in that very spot later that day!

Lauren also told me about the work the venue does with the soup kitchen, where they grow the food, cook it, and bring it over! The more we talked and the more I learned, the more I could see that Lauren really has a mission of caring about people and helping them in a way that’s unique to the person.

We walked through the property more, and I continued to be amazed. Lauren told me that they were working on renovations to make it even more amazing, with plans for a ceremony area with vaulted ceilings with large windows and a great view!

If you’re looking for a venue with owners who are deeply caring and have a grounding presence, a place to get married in a relaxed fashion where you can spend the entire weekend there, and where you can customize it to fit who you are, Beloved Weddings is definitely the place!

I recommend checking out their website for more details, there is so much more to it than I’ve even begun to describe here!
